Are you having a "Blue Christmas" ? For many among us, this can be a very difficult time of year. Even with so many people to see and places to go this holiday season, we might find ourselves overwhelmed and feeling rather sad and lonely. We all could use a little time to ourselves to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas and to keep hope alive in our hearts.
